Fire Merch Shipping Policy

Order Processing (Handling Time)

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During new product launches, holiday collections, or major sales, processing may take 5–10 business days due to increased order volume.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days after processing.

Total estimated delivery:

Standard: 5–12 business days

Expedited: 4–8 business days

International Shipping

Processing: 2–5 business days

Delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Some countries may experience longer transit times due to customs processing.

Tracking

A tracking email will be sent as soon as your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Fire Merch is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.
